  • Photos or files from your device
  • Advertising information
  • Payment information
  • Health information
  • Usage profiles
  • Device identifiers

Information stored on your device

Hello may store a small amount of information locally on your device to support the operation of the app.

For example, it may remember whether you have previously opened or acknowledged an information screen.

This information remains on your device and is not sent to Matthew Bradley, WOMBATSOFT 84 or The Games Ingredients.

You can remove locally stored information by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app.

Internet access and hosting

Hello uses an internet connection to download the app and receive updated app files.

The app is hosted using a third-party web-hosting provider. As part of providing its service, the hosting provider may automatically process limited technical information such as:

  • IP address
  • Browser or device type
  • Date and time of a request
  • Files requested from the server
  • Basic security and diagnostic information

This technical processing is performed by the hosting provider to deliver the app, maintain security and diagnose technical problems.

Hello does not use this information to identify users, build advertising profiles or display personalised advertising.

Cookies and analytics

The Hello app does not intentionally use advertising cookies or analytics trackers.

The wider The Games Ingredients website may have its own privacy or cookie information covering features used elsewhere on that website. Those features are separate from the Hello app.

Sharing of information

Hello does not sell personal information.

Hello does not intentionally share personal information with advertisers, data brokers or marketing companies.

Limited technical information may be processed by the app’s hosting or infrastructure providers where necessary to deliver and secure the service.

Children’s privacy

Hello is designed for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The app does not contain social networking, direct messaging, advertising or purchasing features.

Data security

Reasonable steps are taken to keep the app and its hosting secure, including providing the app through an encrypted HTTPS connection.

However, no internet-based service can guarantee complete security.

External links

Hello may include links to websites operated by Matthew Bradley, WOMBATSOFT 84 or The Games Ingredients.

External websites have their own privacy practices. This privacy policy applies specifically to the Hello app.

Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be updated if Hello’s features, hosting arrangements or legal obligations change.

Any revised policy will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be changed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights concerning your personal information.

Because Hello does not intentionally create user accounts or collect personally identifiable information, it may not hold any information that can be linked back to you.

You may contact us with questions or concerns about privacy or the operation of Hello.
