RICOCHET – A Tribute to the Iconic Commodore 64 Ocean Loader

RICOCHET is a small browser game inspired by the look, sound and feel of the Commodore 64 — and in particular, a tribute to the legendary Ocean Loader era.

The aim was to capture some of that unmistakable 8-bit atmosphere: bold C64 colours, simple arcade gameplay, retro sound and the feeling of sitting in front of a Commodore 64 waiting for the next game to appear.

ONE OR TWO, MAYBE B?

I’ve been working on a new browser game called ONE OR TWO, MAYBE B?

It is a quick retro-styled game built around simple questions, suspicious answers, missing letters, shapes, colours and the occasional moment of misplaced confidence.

Each level contains five questions. Some use numbers. Some use letters. Some ask you to count, spot a missing character or work out what is one, two or three away from the expected answer. Continue reading “ONE OR TWO, MAYBE B?”
